To those who wanted to submit a drawing into the sweatshirt design, I'll have to give you a deadline, right?
xD Haha, yes ,you do in fact get a deadline.
The officers and I told you on Wednesday that we wanted other designs to choose from, but the approved design and money is due to Mrs. Lepiane by December 18/19.

So those who went to the last meeting during the debate week heard about the Gaia field trip.
Those who didn't go got an e-mail from me about it!!
So drum roll please!!! *drum-rolling away*
PERMISSION SLIPS!!!!
If you plan on coming to the field trip, please print one, get it signed, and turn it into Mrs. Huang (our wonderful moderator) by whenever.
There will be a stuck date as to when those are due, but that will be told to you all during the next meeting.

Hey officers, thanks for coming today!!
This is just Stephie saying thanks for not making things a big deal or taking it out or proportion. Although the tension rose, I'm happy to say that we all came out of that alive (thank god).

To the club members:
Please try to bring in any kind of music, music videos, and etc. to the next meeting!! The officers and I really hope that you all try to participate a little bit more!!

Hey members!

So I know today was the debate and we didn't expect a lot of people to come.
And yeah, it was a pretty small group, but thanks to the people who did come, VIRTUAL KUDOS
So what we talked about today was about our lovely SPOTLIGHT WEEK
For those who do not know, a SPOTLIGHT WEEK focuses on one club and that club does activities to raise money for club funds and fun games to spread the word about the club!!
This spotlight week is going to be on the week of January 5th, the day we come back from winter break!!
If you have any requests as to what you think should be in our SPOTLIGHT WEEK then send me or any of the other officers an e-mail with your idea!
We also talked about what we officers want from YOU YES YOU READING THIS
Please send us some links to videos or sound clips of any songs/music videos/dances/entertainment/etc that you like and we'll see if it's appropriate enough to show to the entire club!!
SO SPREAD THAT LOVELY MUSIC, MAH PEEPS

yea, well, here's the "stuff to do" stuff :heart:

Stephi - remind peps about Blog! & Jae Jin = Bishi of the week & Icebreaker birthday no speaking game if you want or if we have time or something?

Sherie - (if you find any reason to...) relate autumn stuff to pop culture, ex. Kotatsu::Ouran

Clair - phrase of the day if no one else takes it...

EVERYONE - look up one Japanese time periods (call dibs via email - if you see someone already has the era you want, chose another!) : some examples:
- Meji era/ restoration
- Tokugawa era
- Shogun
- Modern
- etc!! (times of takeover, prehistoric, etc)
NOTE: this will be for mini-skits by members ^^ :heart: yays! Who's Line Is It Anyways style, so...
EVERYONE - you also get to bring in props for the above mentioned! If you don't bring a single prop, Clair will kill you :heart:

Other announcements:
Spotlight week has been chosen (we all know but they don't, so tell them.)
Gaia visit (for those who want) in December - Funds? bake sale? what???
anyone making a PPT must check visibility/ color scheme at school beforehand, or must assume the worst! Thanks!

EVERYONE COMPILES A LIST OF SHORT PHRASES!!! - email them to me and I'll make a list ^-^
P.S. if anyone has autumnal stuff done in Japan or whatever, email me or just bring it in on Wednesday and we'll figure something out.
